- Robbed..
Last week, we were informed that our field coordinator, Samuel Ndive had been robbed. The thief took his cellphone, some documents and some money. Just before, Sam had withdrawn cash for the Dja Foundation, but fortunately had spent most of it already to buy presents for best-performing pupils in Sasse and Soppo. At the end of the day, the pupils still got their rewards, and the total remaining damage for Dja is 40.000 CFA, about 60 €. The theft has been reported and attemtps are made to catch the thief.

You will help Arthur, and who knows? You might be investing in a bestseller and share in its profits! Shares can be bought untill november 8th, 2013.
- Former assistant Dja Foundation deceased
Much to our surprise and with sadness we received news, yesterday of the death of Cletus Sembu. Cletus, assistant to the Dja Foundation till 2007, died of a slow but invasive disease. After 2007 Cletus worked for a cocoa producing and processing company. We will remember Cletus for the willful way in which he helped our work forward in sasse and Soppo, with a great sense of humour and with dedication. His burial will take place next week, in Bamenda.
